Our Terms and Conditions


The handwork on your wedding gown is very delicate, which requires special care during wearing and cleaning. Gowns can often catch easily so please be careful whilst wearing with jewellery and accessories.


Off- the-peg and sale items are purchased ‘as seen’, please check you are happy with your purchase as NO REFUND will be given on the items.


To order a gown we will require a 50% deposit. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of your wedding, all outstanding balances must be paid in full and all items once in stock must be collected within 4 weeks. Failure to submit to these terms will result in the loss of all monies left and all items ordered.
We cannot be held responsible for difficulties in delivery from the manufacturer. Orders should be placed 7 months prior to the wedding date to allow for delivery time and alterations.


Alterations are not carried out by Barn Bridal Boutique. We will provide you with a list of qualified seamstresses, it is your responsibility to organise your own alterations and they are not included in the price.
