What size dresses do you stock?

Sizes 8 – 24

Designer collection samples to try on range from sizes 10 – 16, but are available to order in any size up to size 24

Do I have to make an appointment?

Yes, we want to offer every bride exclusive use of the bridal boutique and our undivided attention, so we have a strict appointment only policy.

How do I prepare for the appointment?

Feel free to bring along any magazine cuttings you like, so we can get an idea of the style you are looking for and we can see if there is anything similar in our range. Have your hair similar to how you will wear it on the day. This can have a massive impact on the look of the dress, and could make you see it in a different light. If you have any accessories that you wish to wear on the day, bring those too so that you can see the full look. However, please appreciate that the dresses are very delicate so we ask you not to wear any jewellery that is likely to catch on the dresses. We also ask you to wear minimal make-up and no fake tan please, so that we avoid marking the dresses.

What underwear should I wear?

Wear nude or white underwear and a strapless bra so you can get an idea of what the dress will look like on the day.

How can I get the best out of my appointment?

Come with an open mind and be honest with us, unless you already know a style that suits you – that way you’ll know when you’ve tried on the perfect dress. Eliminating styles is as important as finding the styles you like in the search for your perfect dress. Be honest with us, if you don’t like something, say what it is, so we can suggest alternatives. Don’t feel embarrassed – we offer honest, impartial advice and we want you to go away absolutely happy! You’ve found the perfect man, now let us help you to find the perfect dress!

Appointment timings

The normal appointment time we allow is 2 hours. But if we have no other customers booked in after you, your appointment can be extended.

Can I pay a deposit for a dress?

Off the peg dresses:– Unfortunately, we cannot hold an off the peg dress for any bride. This is why we suggest you visit the boutique only when you are in a position to buy, we hold limited stock and once it’s gone its gone.

What if the dress requires some alterations?

We have contact details of some excellent seamstresses who will be able to offer an alteration service for you. In keeping this service off-site we are able to keep our costs down so you get the best price for your dress

What payment methods do you accept?

We except cash debit or visa payments. No cheques.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the business we are unable to give refunds or make exchanges, so please be absolutely sure before purchasing your dress.

Do your offer any discounts?

Yes, due to the time spent on each appointment, we offer a 10% discount on any dresses purchased on the first appointment.
